Stars enjoy breaks on tropical Caribbean islands
If widespread press reports are to be believed, multi-million selling singing sensation Mariah Carey tied the knot with actor and rap artist Nick Cannon in the idyllic Bahamian islands last week.
The sun-drenched island of Windermere, just off Eluthera Island was the location of the unlikely couple's nuptials, which were hidden from the glare of paparazzi within the grounds of Carey's private estate.
Cannon, 27, and 39-year-old Carey have been a couple for less than two months, but did not let that get in the way of their romantic ceremony in the tropical paradise, which is also where they are likely to spend their honeymoon.
An inside source revealed that two other celebrity witnesses were in attendance although no names were divulged. It is thought that Carey's long-time close pal rapper Da Brat was present at the wedding ceremony.
Also enjoying the Caribbean sun and surf was Princess Beatrice, who was spotted enjoying the tropical climes of the island of St Barts with her American boyfriend Dave Clark.
The royal teen, who is fifth in line to the British throne, was pictured astride a jet ski tearing through the waves. Princess Beatrice's holiday in St Barts is the latest in a string of gap year stops across the world. So far she has vacationed in Argentina, Brazil, Spain and Belgium, not to mention skiing trips to Switzerland.

The spirited blonde, who made waves during her stint on the popular BBC1 series, is said to be thrilled with the news. She was pictured planting a kiss on her partner's lips in the sea, donning a revealing red bikini.
