Madge seemingly enjoys pre-Valentine's Day meal

Madonna was pictured emerging from a stylish New York restaurant on Wednesday (February 11th), followed a few minutes later by her rumoured new toyboy, Jesus Luz.

Although the couple have so far been tight-lipped about the exact nature of their relationship, the suggestion is that they were enjoying a pre-Valentine's Day meal at the Macelleria Italian steakhouse in Manhattan.

It was the second time the pair have been spotted at the trendy meatpacking district venue in the past month, with romance seemingly featuring as dish of the day.

The 50-year-old, wrapped up in a black, knee-length coat, departed the restaurant alone but was joined in a car by Luz - who initially left with two friends - just moments later.

Brazilian model Luz, formerly a strict Catholic, is said to be so besotted with the Vogue singer that he has changed to her Kabbalah faith and joined an online community for its followers.

An insider told the Daily Mirror: "Jesus's family are very traditional and quite religious so this news is sure to come as something of a shock.

"But Jesus is totally taken with Madonna and is slightly in awe of her. Quite simply he can't get enough, and finds her utterly compelling and bewitching.

"The pair have spent a lot of time together in recent weeks and Madonna's chatted quite freely about her personal beliefs - especially Kabbalah.

"Madonna has offered to take him to the Kabbalah centre in New York and he is exceedingly keen to take her up on that."

The pair reportedly met when they conducted a steamy photo shoot in Rio de Janeiro in December, which appeared in a 46-page spread in American magazine W.

Luz, 22, appears nude in one photo as Madonna gazes towards him, while the couple are pictured in an erotic embrace on a hotel bed in another.

Their fondness for New York is reciprocated by huge numbers of Britons, who take holidays there all year round for its unique character and plethora of attractions.

From tourist sights such as the rebuilding of the Ground Zero site, the Empire State Building and Brooklyn Bridge to the buzzing atmosphere in Times Square, there is never a dull moment in the Big Apple.

Although hotels are not necessarily cheap - particularly with the strength of the dollar against the pound at present - the city is always likely to remain popular.

Britons planning to head to New York should, of course, remember to book up holiday insurance before they travel.
