The soap star decided to recharge her batteries on the European island of Cyprus, but was not joined by her fiancé Jamie Lomas, 30 - which is perhaps why she looked a little glum.
But while Kym was not wearing a smile, she had donned a red two-piece bikini and was look trim and tanned as she was pictured stretching in the sun on holiday.
The star has undergone liposuction and a boob job to get the bikini body she wanted and by the look of her lean limbs and toned abs should now be happy with her physique.
The former pop singer went up from a 34B to a 34D, saying the operation was to make up for the fact that her decolletage had declined after breastfeeding.
She explained to Reveal magazine: "Since having my kids, there was nothing there. After having my second child they [her breasts] just disappeared."
The actress added: "It really has changed my life. It's made me much more confident with myself and that's all I wanted to achieve really.
'It's absolutely the result I wanted. I am happy with my body now.'
Kym, who plays Michelle Connor on the British soap, was joined by the rest of her family on the Mediterranean island - they might have leant a hand in her latest project.
The star is writing a book about her life, which she hopes will be funny and sad.
Kym's choice of Cyprus as a holiday destination will not surprise many Brits who flock to the island on their vacations each year.
