England star celebrates stag night in Ibiza, while actor and model mend relationship
Manchester United and England striker Wayne Rooney spent his last few days of freedom partying with pals in Ibiza as part of his stag celebrations.
The footballing groom-to-be flew to the clubbing capital with 16 of his friends before he gets hitched to fiancee Coleen McLaughlin.
During his first night on the island, Rooney and his friends and family enjoyed Ibiza's world-famous night life, kicking off their trip with an innocuous quiet meal at Cafe Mambo in San Antonio.
The group sat down to plates of pasta and burgers before being ferried a short distance to nearby Linekers Bar - owned by football pundit Gary's 46-year-old brother, Wayne.
Once inside Lineker's Bar, the group downed beer, wine and chilled Vodka with Red Bull and then partied the night away in the VIP section of Eden nightclub in San Antonio.
Rooney's visit to the clubber's paradise coincides with numerous festivals taking place there this month, including the Festa de Nostra Sanyora de la Victoria. Held on the second Sunday in May in Soller and Port de Soller, Mallorca, the festival consists of mock battles which are staged to mark the raid by Turkish pirates in 1561.
Also taking place this month is the Eivissa Medieval Festival which is held in Eivissa on the second Sunday in May. This relatively new event includes concerts and dancing in celebration of the declaration of Dalt Villa as a World Heritage site in 1992.
Also enjoying the Ibiza sun was actor Billy Zane and partner Kelly Brook, who flew into the island to enjoy a £10,000 holiday getaway.
The couple, whose relationship is reportedly on the rocks, used the holiday as a chance to work on their problems and salvage their faltering love affair.
The 42-year-old Titanic star, who rekindled his romance with the British model earlier this month after a brief split, booked an exclusive private villa on the island so he could work on his relationship with 28-year-old Brook.
After the pair recently broke off their engagement, Zane flew in from South Africa to meet Brook in London, wooing her with flowers and chocolates and whisking her off for a romantic night together at a top luxury hotel.
